Dear Friends and Readers,
This week marks the second year of existence for my little blog here. Woohoo! I love passing mile markers. It has been a fun and crazy two years, and I am so grateful to all of you who have followed, commented, shared, and supported. I hope you continue to do so!
As with any major mile marker in life (such as the two-year birthday of a blog, or say, college graduation), there is a transition period. In my transition period between undergrad and graduate school, I have decided to embark on a six week backpacking trip to Peru. I will unfortunately be out of touch during this time, but am so excited to share some of the recipes I have been working on these last few weeks with you when I return!
Hope you find the next six weeks to be filled with family, friends, good food, and even better memory making. And in the meantime, please feel free to explore the Recipe section of this blog, as well as A Rented Kitchen’s facbeook page! These last two years have been filled with some really delicious eating, and I wouldn’t want you to miss out 🙂
From my kitchen to yours, I look forward to seeing you soon!
Over and out,
– Sarah
